SunForge's Shandong Production Base Achieves Annual Production Capacity of 100,000 Tons
As one of the key production bases in China's metal abrasive industry, SunForge's manufacturing plant in Zouping City, Shandong Province, recently announced that its annual production capacity has steadily exceeded 100,000 tons, providing a full range of metal abrasive products to fully meet the growing global demand for high-quality abrasives.
This production base has been deeply involved in metal abrasive manufacturing for many years, integrating mature process technologies with continuous equipment upgrades. During production, SunForge implements a quality control system far exceeding industry standards: from the incoming chemical composition inspection of each batch of steel, to monitoring the entire process of smelting, wire drawing/cutting, heat treatment, and screening, culminating in final product testing for hardness, particle size, metallography, and performance, ensuring superior performance in hardness, durability, particle size distribution, and cleaning efficiency.
"Quality is produced, but even more so, it's achieved through systematic management," the factory manager emphasized. "We've introduced precision screening, image analysis, and internal sandblasting tests to ensure that every batch meets or exceeds international standards such as SAE J441 and J827, as well as customer-customized requirements."
Currently, SunForge abrasives are widely used in industries such as mining machinery, power facilities, building materials, and chemical equipment. Through a mature international logistics network, they are stably exported to many parts of Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, becoming a reliable partner for numerous companies in surface treatment processes.
