Grinding Shot
Grinding Shot(Conditioned Cut Wire Shot) is cylindrical steel wire cut into small pieces, then conditioned (rounded) to remove sharp edges, making it ideal for shot peening to enhance the fatigue life and strength of metal parts like gears, springs, and turbine blades by inducing compressive stress, offering better durability and less dust than cast shot.
