Hangzhou Haijun Metal Abrasives International Trading Co., Ltd. (Brand: SunForge) is a dedicated manufacturer and exporter of metal abrasives. We focus on the development, production and global sales of:

Our Factory

Located in one of China’s key abrasive production bases, Zouping, Shandong Province, our facility delivers 100,000+ tons annually across complete size ranges. SunForge abrasives are widely used in the mining, thermal power, building materials and chemical sectors and are exported to Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North & South America.

Quality Assurance System

At SunForge, quality is engineered into every grain. Our ISO 9001:2015 system includes:
1. Incoming Raw-Material Inspection– chemical composition verification for every heat of steel.
2. In-Process Monitoring– sampling across melting, drawing/cutting, heat-treatment and screening to control hardness, density and microstructure.
3. Final Product Certification– comprehensive testing of:
· Hardness & Durability(e.g., Rockwell/C) for life and stability;
· Size & Shape(precision sieving / imaging) for uniform gradation and sphericity/angularity;
· Chemical Analysis to confirm final composition;
· Performance Testing(in-house blast trials) for cleaning speed, consumption rate and attainable surface profile.
4. Standards– products are manufactured to meet or exceed SAE J441, SAE J827, AMS 2431 and specific customer requirements.
